My point is the hardware is the least successful and least popular part of Nintendo in my mind and in the majority of gamers eyes which prefer the other platforms, it may be fairly innovative but that innovation does not seem to have the same mass appeal as their first party games like Zelda or Mario etc. Seems to me

It sounded cool until got to the part where rather than just buying the games, they have subscription fee and send you games you might not even want unless pay extra by sounds of it on top of subscription. Those elements were a deal breaker for me. You got my hopes up and then sent them crashing to the ground... :(

It is worth what it costs because it does something you want, in fact it does far more than you want for a very cheap price considering all that it does. Saying it's not worth that price because it's competitors do not have as much to offer...do you realize how silly that sounds because that is basically the excuse

I do agree that all console platforms had many titles fail to hit the promised targets, I just said earlier it is more apparent to me with Nintendo's due to the smaller amount of titles listed. That Nintendo listed less titles in their promises so would be easier to fulfill those promises.

I was quite straight forward in what I said, it was the other person who twisted it to suit their agenda by going off into separation of first party, third party and indie. A movement of the goal post that you are latching onto. My comment was clear in that nine seems a lot when the quantity of titles promised was so

He never said he bought his rig, if they are too cheap to spend such a small amount on an OS or instead download or pick up one of the free Linux OS out there then the chance of them not spending hundreds or thousands on the hardware seems a higher probability. He is a thief plain and simple who thinks he is entitled

I don't think Lozzle was trolling for attention which most are talking about in this thread, he went too specific for that in his comment. I just believe he thought would get more support for his 'take without paying' ideology. I personally am glad about the huge array of replies and starring going on against his

If you think it is a piece of shit, don't use it if your not willing to pay for it. Go download one of the free Linux operating systems instead. You don't need a Windows OS to run a computer but it sure as hell is worth the measly price tag considering how much can do and how many hours will use it.

Really? Because right now I want to reach through mine and back hand you. Just because you can take something that has a price without paying for it does not mean you should.

Of course people do including myself. Most people are not asses who go around taking things they never paid for and without permission especially when the thing is nothing more than a hobby for most, by proxy a luxury item.

Not custom build ones. Like any component of a system you build the OS is also a component you have to take into account because there is choices to make which you want. Just being given whatever the store wants to give you is not what custom PC builders want. The whole point in building a custom one is to build it

It's not really a scare tactic per se but it is being cautious, static build up when discharged on certain components can damage them. It is always advisable to either discharge any static before touch the parts or wear a anti-static cord, it's not like either of those options take much time or cost much especially

You made the right call on the OS, granted Windows 8 is not as bad as others make out including myself but Windows 7 has and will have better support in the long term because even Microsoft are ditching Windows 8 and distancing themselves from it with their next OS.

Fewer target dates listed individually but more games listed within those dates.

Dude put some thermal paste on the damn CPU before attached to the heat sink! I hope you discharged any static before handling that, plus why are you holding the CPU instead of slotting it in the motherboard first! :D

Are you classing 'significant' to mean only triple A games and/or first party games yet dismissing indie games from significant despite quality of a game is not limited to development cost or which developer studio made it?

Quite the assumption you have there, you do not know what I would or would not do had you bothered to give me any reasons why you seem to object to my comment. Your assumption about me lacking knowledge of the gaming industry is also baseless but once again I bet you won't explain your inaccurate assumptions much like

Granted using the word 'huge' might of been bit over the top, the word large feels adequate instead. Nine games failed to hit the back of the net release date wise from the promises list mentioned above, I consider nine to be a large amount when so few are listed overall.

Okay, fair enough. It did confuse me for moment there because did not seem to relate to my own comment. :)

If your not going to explain where or how I am wrong, then you essentially said nothing of worth. This is not Punch and Judy with the whole "I'm right!", "Your wrong!", "I'm right!", "Your wrong!", rinse and repeat...if you think I am wrong then explain why you think that.
