@shkm: Actually, it seems like a good deal to me. $99 for basically everything besides the SSD, including screwdrivers.

I guessing his eyes will last 1 year. 2 years tops.

@pfurrie: I touched that in the Live Sports section. Yes, it's great, but coverage sometimes isn't the best in some areas, like mine I'd only get NBC and ABC at my current location. CBS, Fox, and all others would be black.

I've put lots of input in this discussion, so here's a list of some of the reasons switching off Cable/Satellite would be a little difficult.

@dragonfire312: Vonage? Unlimited calls to 60 countries for $15/month introductory, and $26 after 6 months. Landlines only, but cell rates will be cheap enough to justify switching I'd think. VOIP through a regular phone.

Make the internet where I live greater than 1.5Mbps =/

I got this argument from a die-hard Apple hater just yesterday. We regularly banter back and forth about such things, and he told me this fact with quite the smirk. I responded with a flat, "Yup". He pressed on, repeating the same points. I answered "Yeah, and I'm fine with it". He cited Pwn2Own, I countered that
