For those who complain that you can’t set weekday only alarms... that’s because your body should be waking up at the same time each day... so if you’re going to simulate sunlight and get up at 6am five days a week but 9am two days a week, your body will develop the equivalent of weekly jetlag.

It has 11 five star

I have the iPhone 6/6S version of this case and can say it also works in modern GM/Chevy vehicles with built-in charging. GM/Chevy opted to go with a PMA (Duracell PowerMat) format for the 16's and newer (at least in the Yukon/Tahoe/Suburban/Silverado) despite 90% of wireless charging being Qi based. I previously had

LOL I shave in the sink and then get in the shower to rinse it all :P

I shower in the morning, but primarily to deal with bed head. If it wasn’t for that, I could care less when I shower. On exercise days I shower twice... once in the morning for bed head reasons and again after my workout. Sometimes I sweat at night too so its good to know my nether regions are clean...

Is this backed by science and tests you’ve conducted or just your own conjecture? Either way, it works for me and accomplishes my goal: tender breast meat and crispy skin. That said, the breast meat tastes a bit different after cooking it upside down... more like the thigh meat, so not sure I agree with you. The

I like my crispy skin... I have a pair of wide forks I use to flip it, but I also have help. While I spear it, the wife helps to spin it. :)

What does make it juicier is to cook it upside down. My mom did this my entire life... cook it breast side down so all the dark meat juices run into the breast meat. Than about an hour before its done, flip it over and let the skin crisp up.

People that reply to posts that are almost 18 months old need to walk away from the screen and get a life...

PSA: I have a Prime account with the default 5Gb. Even prior to Plex Cloud I uploaded three 1GB files that were ripped copies of movies found originally on TPB (in prep for a road trip). About 4 months later, I received a notice from Amazon stating the files were found to infringe copyright and had been removed and

You missed one big aspect: employment. Having a good credit score has a tangible benefit when doing your background check for new employment. A low score (no matter the cause) is interpreted by many as saying you can’t manage money, which they believe reflects how you will be as an employee (either a responsible one,

All this and I still can’t reprogram my RDIO button to launch something I actually use or a service that still exists *sigh*

I much prefer to “Add Salmonella to Pasta Water” for “Extra Creamy Sauce” in the bathroom

Wondering how this was legal? I hope the News station paid him well enough to cover his legal fees. For one, its clear he didn’t yield right-of-way as he passed another emergency vehicle. For another... unless he had a GoPro on his head or used his dashcam... odds are about 95% that used his cellphone... while

I’m sorta in the south, but I have both electric and gas. I find that in winter the gas is up and the electric is low. In summer, its the opposite. In spring and fall both are sort of lower due to more moderate temps. So I budget for the worst of either, but in spring/fall I get to save a bit. For example, my worst

I like this and do this myself. All my bills are budgeted for the worst-case-scenario and an surplus either gets xfer’d to savings or put towards paying any CC balances I might be carrying at the time.

You are absolutely correct. I’m of the camp that rejects the low fat, high carb food pyramid idea. I’m more primal (shoutout to Marks Daily Apple). So my daily consumption of calories is about 50% good fats (coconut oil, olive oil, avocados, etc), 30-35% protein and 15-20% carbs. I eat a lot of food (3 normal meals

I’ll add to this that carbs don’t do much for satiety. Protein does (and fats to a lesser degree than just carbs). So you’ll get more satiety from an avocado or a handful of cashews or almonds than you will from an orange or an apple. So if money is really a concern, put your money into protein... chicken and canned
