Interesting because Tesla has been building supercharger stations in MI and WI as if they could sell vehicles there. Granted, both are vacation destinations in the Midwest but that’s a lot of money for two states that don’t allow sales.

I just don’t see why this should cost $75,000 - $100,000.  I like the idea but I do not see that VW can warrant that price.  And I like Volkswagens.

VW warranty and maintenance on a 2019 vehicle. Warranty is 6yrs or 72,000 iirc (valid for GTI?) and Carefree Maintenance on a 2019 is ....... 0? It’s hard to find exact info bc the warranty and maintenance provided on new cars has been changing. 2020 went down on warranty but up on maintenance....I think.

What you say is absolutely true and I give kudos to the OP to even be able to ask that question - even when its anonymized by Tom. But ...... I’ve got to wonder what the rest of the story is and how someone could get themselves into such a position.
