truth be told most of epa data surrounding car performance - think mileage, emissions, hp, torque etc are self reported by the manufacturers. only a small proportion of vehicles are tested by epa each year and typically those where something is suspected to be a wee bit off.

smaller. easier to park. was available in a mt (limited quantities). non-domestic manufacturer.
