I am so happy/sad for the 3rd season of Kipo! I had no idea it was even renewed for a third, or that it’s going to be the last.

i really hope Jessica’s emotional arc of controlling her anger and alienating people isn’t just going to just be dropped episode-to-episode..
totally fair.
**two, thank you. far be it for me to begrudge Quibi their short-form sweep
ooh throw in Baby Boomer assumptions of those damn Millenials & their phones!
i wonder how many Emmy voters for that one win are shareholders
Seriously though. The fact that Bojack Horseman on the whole has been largely ignored by the Emmy’s for its run makes it all the more irritating.
just binged both seasons and oh my goodness this show is an absolute treat!
That’s where it seemed like Kuvira had a point when she lashed out at Suyin for not helping after the assassination of EQ. Suyin has tremendous power and wealth, not to mention a connection to other leaders- through Lin in Republic City, and through Korra, she could’ve rather easily made connections with Zuko and the…
that’s a really good point and a great idea to finally start curbing the damage the EC can do.
Fun fact! Jon Hamm actually auditioned for Jack Donaghy when they were casting 30 Rock. I don’t know how close he got to actually landing it - i think Alec Baldwin was always Fey’s dream actor for the role (and it is a bit hard to imagine anyone but Baldwin as Jack Donaghy.)
I absolutely agree. Eternal Sunshine is one of my all time favorite movies and it took maybe 3 or 4 viewings before i realized it was Jim Carrey. I think he has a pretty wonderful, specific kind of vulnerability that comes across when he’s not in his uber-slapstick/viscerally physical comedy mode (...which is most of…
Andre Braugher will always be one of the ultimate examples of this for me. B-99 has an exceptionally strong ensemble cast but Braugher is one of the key components that elevate it from simply good to really, really, fucking great.
The thing is, I don’t think it’s an issue of popularity..
It’s 2020. I do not believe for a millisecond that anyone who is still even remotely on the Trump train is going to *actually* withdraw support because Hillary Clinton is in the public eye in any way shape or form.
I am consistently astounded this point isn’t brought up every. damn. day.
What sucks so, so much - and what is mentioned in the interview and article - is that she can’t even say that to the majority of voters, and she knows that. We did know. We did vote for her.
please let that last part be true. i would love to see some sort of downfall... and from any of these motherfuckers, really.
agreed. even just imagining a situation where Trump is the one showing restraint (by, ya know, not nuking a country) is mind boggling.
