Hey I’m from Brownsville, TX (born and raised)...He actually resigned today; due to “conflict of interest” from his profession, (lawyer) and city commission. But the entire Rio Grande Valley is know for corruption within the city, police, sheriffs, judges, lawyers....list goes on... his resignation will make NO CHANGE…
