Google has a lot of things going for them with these phones. Instant updates, ease of root, unlock and Custom ROMS. Many of the phones you listed don’t have Oreo and won’t for awhile. Let alone a root for Oreo. Especially when you talk about carrier phones like Verzion S8 and such.
