I don’t think that’s true, at least from my perspective! I think she is for sure immature but she’s a teenager--from where I’m sitting, Squall is so emotionally stunted, he’s been ‘orphaned’ and raised as a mercenary and even though people along the way have clearly sincerely cared for him, he has not had an easy time Read more

Literally I will. I don’t even like dogs and I will take that little dog and love him forever. Ugh I’m so sad.

I cannot figure this out. I would possibly go see Black Sabbath in Chicago but my code doesn’t seem to work. This is weak as hell.

It was definitely a bold look for awhile! Fortunately I only seared off a small chunk, but still. Of course it’s not guaranteed to happen that way or anything but I felt obligated to mention it since I thought I was fine with my converter. At least my hair chunk died for a purpose now!

I would highly recommend buying one. I took a straightener with me to Egypt a few years ago with a converter but the voltage still got messed up somehow. My flatiron got super ultra heated and burned off the first chunk of my hair I tried to straighten. It never heated up again. Whoops!

I just realized that the first street my husband and I cohabited on is the same name as my first name. Probably for the best that I kept my last name!

Oh just thought of another gender-play-y book series! The Tamir Triad by Lynn Flewelling is a fantasy novel about a kingdom that’s always ruled by a woman based on a prophecy, and the main character is the last female heir who has to be magically hidden as a boy when she’s an infant to avoid having her assassinated by Read more

I love AC:NL and a lot of it is kind of waiting, you really can only play so much per day. But things develop in your town the longer you play. After you play a certain amount you’ll unlock a tropical island you can visit and then if you hunt for beetles at night you get money WAY faster. There are holidays and Read more

I haven’t met him but I saw him perform in Milwaukee a few years ago and he totally made that joke at the end of his set. Best part of the show.

I’m hurrible at sewing so we’re even, I’d say. XD I’m in the midwest and my stuff is a pain to travel with so I do local stuff, usually GenCon, Anime Central, Anime Milwaukee, GeekKon, Daisho Con, and C2E2. I really want to make it to BlizzCon or DragonCon someday but that shit is sooooo far!
