I get it, this is a car website so it should discuss car topics. But can we please not give these idiots more airtime than they already get?

That’s fine, because F1 isn’t NASCAR. F1 is a constructors’ championship as much as it is a drivers’ championship, and that’s because the teams each build their own car from the ground up. The engineers matter as much as the driver.
If I were Ferrari, I’d be suing the shit out of the race organizers for their shoddy track ruining a very expensive PU.
The grid penalty is the ultimate insult after a defective track ruins your car and costs beaucoup Euros to fix.
I think it’s fair to point out how poorly designed/built the Cybertruck is.
I want the damn thing to go sale just so we can talk about it in the past tense...give it the obituary it deserves.
“One of the things we need to emphasize is education.”
Hasn’t F1 always been primarily catered to the rich?
I would gladly trade Imola, Saudi Arabia and Magny-Cours for Sepang any day.
Reminds me of the NFL, “we need to emphasize player safety and minimize the potential for CTE" and also "let's add another game to the season." I am a huge F1 fan, but even for me they could cut 6-7 races out of the season and shorten it by a couple months and I would not miss the extra races at all.
Your observation was kind of weird.
Because you like something doesn’t mean that every aspect should be celebrated and/ or condoned. Like fuck, I love racing, but street racing is stupid.
Fast cars are great, but nobody needs a Hellcat or a Tesla Plaid.
If you cannot criticize your passion, all you are is just a…
I’ll agree to hating most team principals. Guenther seems ok.
He’s not wrong about Ricciardo, but he also recently said “I’ve never heard Lewis Hamilton recognize Max Verstappen’s ability” which is absolute bullshit. Even last year Hamilton made a ton of positive comments about Max’s skill. Horner, Jos, and Marko make it really easy for people to hate Red Bull, which is a shame…
Half of the US senate is over 70. Half. 1/4 is over 80. They give absolutely zero fucks about anything. Like 50 members of congress are over 70. I think close to half are over 60. They have no fucks to give about the future either. So no no they dont.
Next generation? Come on. This is the US we’re talking about. When it comes to the powers that be, the only thinking beyond next quarter’s numbers is the next election cycle. The ‘next generation’ doesn’t own shares and can’t vote yet.
As I have gotten older, the phrase “money doesn’t buy happiness” has steadly climbed the ranks of “dumbest shit I have ever heard”.
Drop any US GPs, go to the Montreal GP, you won’t have any of those “not part of it” feelings. Montreal is really open to all during the GP. Yes, you will have glamour but not rejection (bars, restaurants, etc.). Everyone, rich or plebs, just want to enjoy it. Other GPs such as Spain, Italy, Hungary, Brazil, etc. are…
Where’s the 30 foot statue entitled “An Ode to Florida Man”? Just a giant, shirtless man wearing jorts and carrying a half-empty bottle of rum.
This is just about the silliest, tackiest, dumbest thing I’ve ever seen.
Before someone moans about how dumb and pointless this article is, I just want to say that THIS is the kind of article I come to Jalopnik for. Yes, an actual review of the car is good and fun and all that, but lets be honest, how a Bentayga drives is not that important to someone like me who cannot and would not drop…
