I’ve noticed this with Toyotas as well.  Around me if it’s dark and no headlights most likely a Toyota, if someone is driving with their high beams on in traffic it’s often a Honda.

That’s incorrect.  On a multi-lane road you can pass  on either side, the “don’t pass on the right” law is about undivided 2-lane roads and passing on the shoulder.
