Person that works in Texas on occasion here. Can I kindly ask why Texans really seem to dislike anyone from the outside of their own world?

But isn’t it okay to point out that he hired all/mostly white dudes to start with? No one is saying fire people to make for a more diverse room. I think the suggestion is that when you have an opportunity and public platform, try harder to ensure all voices are represented in the first place.
