@LordThayer: I agree 100% on local co-op. Playing online cannot replace the fun of actually hanging out with friends, and LAN requires too much equipment for most people. It's too bad that there are way more games that support LAN than support same-system multi-player.

Gizmodo has handled this whole thing absolutely awfully and they deserve to be held accountable.

@Wolfnave: I went through something like this with pet wars on the ipod touch. After about 5 minutes, I was like, wait a second, this is it? In what realm would anyone even think that this is cool?

@Archaotic: I've jumped on a few sales lately so my backlog is huge right now:

"This of course doesn't sit well with PETA, an organization dedicated to making sure that animals are treated more like people, less like objects."

@RevengaSweet: I believe that misconception is exactly what their trying to prevent.

@coffinmouth: I've been wondering what the system requirements are too. I'm still running Tiger, but I'm worried that steam might only work on Snow Leopard.

@CaptainSquishy: Have you tried a third-party customizable driver like US Overdrive?

@RhinBeoulve: You yell "I choose you!" and then you hurl your pokewalker at them.

Anyone who's been to PAX in Seattle:

@Destructor2007: I believe the order is random. I reloaded the page after it crashed and they were in a different order.

@Goldwings: Sun tip #3 - The suns hot bro: I agree completely. The game really opened up for me with the time trials. I think the ME developers make a few bad decisions with story and enemies, but the core game was really original and fun.

Excellent rebuttal.

I wasn't a fan. I got fed up with spending more time playing the stupid train mini-game than doing anything else.

@HiroFORCE1: This stereotype of all mac users congregating in coffee bars is hilarious. I'm going to let you in on a little secret, macs are actually powered by overpriced caffeine. Without daily exposure, the apple logo starts to wilt.

@angelbreaker: Games do not equal technology and a gamer is not the same as a techie. There is a lot more to technology than upgrading hardware. You might be able to pile hardware into a windows PC, but the resource management of the OS is a mess.

@HiroFORCE1: I meet all my mac software needs with open source software, and it works better with fewer errors than the expensive programs on my Windows machine at work (as well as the open source programs that I've downloaded at work). I don't need a store.
