@walls99: The ability to see all comments for an article without clicking "Earlier discussions" repeatedly.

@jmhallah: I've played borderlands with a few of my friends who had never played fps before. They seemed to enjoy it. I think it's a good game for playing with beginners because it doesn't really rely on people having individual tasks. It depends on how you play though. You have to be patient, look out for them (not

Last night, I discovered a nifty feature on my Sony TV. It lets you sync up the PS3 so that you can use the TV remote to control movies, netflix, etc on the PS3. I had been debating whether to fork over $25 for the special PS3 remote since it's such a pain using the normal controller, but now I don't have to. Nice.

@cityslicker05: The "leveling down" concept could make for an interesting game. I especially like the idea of picking off a skill tree rather than building one.

@Psudonym: I was thinking about the pen thing. I think a cool third-party accessory would be a capacitive pen that has pressure sensitivity and bluetooth built in. That way, it could transmit the real-time pressure over bluetooth while the screen detects the location.

@Golgari: Why after one year?

As best we could discern from today's announcement, the button-less, tilt-sensitive, touch-screen iPad offers no game-controlling interface improvements over the button-less, tilt-sensitive, touch-screen iPod Touch.

@MakotoKamui: Agreed. The lack of flash is a mistake, and a major point against the ipad.

@Nahir: It seems like a pressure-sensitive stylus shouldn't be out of reach. For instance, maybe the pen itself detects the pressure and communicates in real time with the tablet over bluetooth. If they found a way, this could be an awesome portable sketch pad for artists.

@LucasReis: I would so join that team!

@AOClaus: I have a PS3, that's what I play games on.

I'm so disappointed that this is going to be synced through itunes. I'm intrigued by some features, but this is a deal-breaker for me. Itunes is a music program, I wish Apple would stop treating it like their go-to file management/syncing program. There have been enough people complaining the app store for them to

@Divyesh Mistry: I don't think Apple needs lessons in making money.

@AOClaus: What I mean by "no maintenance" is I don't have to upgrade parts, I don't have to defrag, I don't have to upgrade McAffee or any virus software all the time, I don't have to mess with the registry and cross my fingers that I don’t fuck up the computer, I don't have to check my processes to find the memory

Beautiful. I would love to see a matured Pokemon game with this art style rather than just more iterations of the identical game with 100 Pokemon added.

@tehsquish: Agreed. Hopefully they at least adapt it to the bigger platform to take advantage of the extra size and power, but $600 is a lot regardless.
