It's really pathological. It's like these people are not comfortable unless they are talking.

You probably don't want to know Roger and Millie's life story, do you? I wouldn't ask. I've learned the hard way on the -injecting names without my knowing who they are-.
Oooh, snap. You have my sympathies.
My aunt-in-law is the worst for this. She seriously drives me fucking nuts. She blathers constantly, CONSTANTLY, never lets up for a single moment, ever, just a fucking stream of god damned consciousness going on and on and on and on and on and on and on forever and ever never to stop. She just fucking natters without…
#6 on your list is my main issue with Kickstarter.
My ENTIRE WEDDING was just under US$7,000. I had an open bar. Anything is possible with enough creativity.
Word. They are awful. My husband's cousin had a dry wedding, then got really upset that no one would dance to the DJ she paid for. We were all like, well.... typically dancing requires some, um, help. It was obnoxious and stupid and we made huge amounts of fun of them for it later in the car ride back home.
Because they are one of the fastest growing religious/ethnic groups in the world. Because they are the only totally American religion (as in, founded in America, by Americans). Because we are getting to see a religion morph and change in its infancy, something no one got to see with any other major religion.
I am about to turn 36, we are trying for our first, and this is freaking me out.
FUCK UNPAID INTERNSHIPS. That is my response to that! Such bullshit!
Oh god, my husband gets this ALL THE TIME and it drives us CRAZY. We are living in a different city from most of our family because of his job, and almost every time some of them see us, its, "Why won't he just submit a resume to -insert extremely competitive law office or government agency here-."
Ok, I will just say that I had a boyfriend who treated me the same way, and I didn't even know how psychologically damaging it was until I broke up with him and got away from his constant nagging shit show. You deserve better.
Yes, their name still comes up and I hate it!
I just wish there was a way to delete old contacts so that someone you had many, MANY fights over gchat with like, six-seven years ago, doesn't pop up every single time you go to type in a different name only because you had SO MANY fights with this person over gchat.
I think that is just where they take them for their baths, medical care, grooming, and observation. I'm sure their enclosure is not like that at all.
I got the impression they were more "trust fund brat" than "artist" and the "art" and "studio space for working" was more "where I do my hobby." Then again, I could be just being bitchy and judgmental towards them because I found them irritating.
It probably is due to the exceptionally high turn over. Otherwise, they would have people quitting all the time during the rough times of year and trying to get hired again when things were calmer. I had to laugh at her serious tone, though. Like, ooooh, no more department store slavery be still my heart!
Ugh, that would irritate me so much! I don't care if it's not *meant* to be judgmental, it *feels* judgmental to me.
I worked at Foley's before they became Macy's and quit in a similar fashion.
I saw that one. The whole "quality handcrafted furniture" thing was so obnoxious. That was one that I couldn't finish watching to the end because the people were so annoying.
