I am saying that platitudes and half measures do not work when your opponents control unimaginable sums of wealth, and that if you want anything accomplished and in your favor you have to step on toes.

If a protest doesn’t inconvenience people, then it’s not a protest. Con-goers want the picket line to go away? Pressure the hotel to give into the striker’s demands.

i have bad news for you about sports

You don’t really see that as much in SF5, unless it’s a character like Guile who relies more on the defensive game. Projectile usefulness has been mitigated quite a bit and every character has ways around it.

Too complicated and will take way too long. Here’s a much more efficient way of reforming our current government:

Dude has so much money that he didn’t notice 3 million going missing until it was too late.

It’s not enough to rely on consumer pressure to get devs paid severances when they’re axed like this. Those who want to see companies do right by devs should be regularly supporting and encouraging unionization efforts, long before things ever come to a head.
