Skywell is a major roadblock in the speedrun as well, as it’s the final part where you truly feel underleveled, so I’m not surprised you were having issues with it. The badass spawn rate seems to be way higher there than anywhere else, and I’m fairly certain there are a bunch of forced badass spawns as well.

to be competitive in league of legends, you have to get to level 30, which is a fairly long grind
