I don’t disagree, but for gacha/mobile games like these development is often constant and ongoing, so past a certain point it would be expecting the developers to work for free to put out content or the game wouldn’t continue.

Reaper is Palutena (teleports, super high damage when close in). Mercy is Hero (healing, ability to fly). Pharah is Peach (floating/hovering, shoots missiles/drops bombs). Symmetra is Rosalina and Luma (Luma is the turret). Bastion is Ganondorf (campy, big damage, easy to counter). Brigitte is Richter (the whip).
