I’m hoping they keep QR code menus, but also keep paper menus as a prominent option. If we’re out near home, the spouse and I will often only have one phone between us or not take a phone at all. A smartphone & data plan shouldn’t be a requirement for getting a bite to eat.

I’ve found Quorn at most regional supermarket chains (in Midwest & West Coast), but natural groceries are usually a safe bet to find it. I mainly bought it so we could have “Quorn and corn” night. Why, yes, we are dorks.

I’m not crying any tears over Old Country Buffet, but it does remind me of when Sweet Tomatoes/Souplantation read the tea leaves in spring 2020 and just closed up shop for good. They weren’t my all-time favorite, but it was a good place to go with extended family to get variety while doing right by the vegetarians.
