There are a lot of charitable organizations that provide and sponsor medical transport of patients like this. One of my co-workers flies for Angel Flights, where pilots use their own personal aircraft to move patients around. There are even organizations for pets, like Pilots N Paws.

It could have been medical travel insurance. When I traveled overseas for work during the dark days of covid, I had a policy that included a private medical flight back to the US if necessary.

It was a plane. They were using it to transport a patient from Shriner’s Hospital after her treatment back to Mexico, I believe.

And fires any deemed “woke” ATC employees, replaced by Tesla-build FSFlying, and then fires the non-woke ones, then fires the maintenance crews responsible for runway and airport upkeep, and then fires airport managers....

Looks like a good competitor to the severely overpriced 4 Runner.
