Toyota executives are definitely looking over at Hyundai/KIA and thinking, “...fuck.” (and probably lobbying the government to ditch their idiotic hydrogen push).
a little bit of space?
Exactly. The new one already looks like the old one was ‘AI’ed into being a 2024 model.
I don’t care about the Tiktoker—she survived and is fine and everyone’s no worse for the wear. But when did we all accept that 30+ minute ‘updates’ that completely brick a car while they’re happening are acceptable? Yeah, $600k was probably a bit optimistic. $1 mil+ is where you finally get a decent Class A, but you still have to choose carefully. At the end of the day it’s not a terribly regulated market so it’s easy to get ripped off if you’re not aware of what components are good and which aren’t.
a new 31 speaker Bang and Olufsen stereo that’s only available on the MDX Type S, though it is standard there.
I think people underestimate how expensive building a proper RV is. I’ve heard it said, think of it as buying a whole house as well as a good truck. If you want quality, you have to be spending close to $200k on a Class C and over $600k on a Class A. Or $200k on an Airstream.
