Fixed.

It’s absolutely (and incredibly obviously) an evolving language thing.

As a Torontonian, I’m slowly getting just a tiny bit terrified of Trump. He’s running the Rob Ford campaign note for note. We laughed about how Ford wasn’t really running for mayor too.

I knew instantly that Ghost in the Shell is going to be brought up along Patlabor, but I was surprised that it wasn’t the Ghost city scene being brought up. So good.

Why am I the only one dreaming of a Master of Magic reboot? I want it almost bad enough to go through years of programming school to make it myself.

I really want Ron Perlman and David Hayter to duke it out over whether or not war changes.

You need to bring white balance into play here. The backlighting throws off the sensor in whatever camera phone this was taken with, it's not as simple as just using a color picker to figure out the values.

lol "Start with the Minish Cap" no no no, I would almost recommend skipping the Minish Cap. Start with Link's Awakening, so that you can get to the masterpieces that are the Oracle games. Or hell, just start with the Oracles. The Oracle games are the quintessential Zelda games. They're beautiful, and they are what

Hands down my favorite iteration to the Zelda series were the Oracle of Ages and Seasons games. I wish those games got more love because they definitely deserve it.

Oracle of Seasons/Ages > Link's Awakening, and I do enjoy Link's Awakening.

I just recently replayed both Oracle games (Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons), and they are just a delight. They feel a bit ahead of their time on the Gameboy Color. Large sprites for bosses, great story (especially if you play both), and the linked game mechanic was great.

Best place to start out? Sure! Best handheld Zelda game? I'm going to have to disagree with you there. The Ages/Seasons combo pack was the definitive handheld Zelda experience, console ports aside.

I've been saying this for a while now.

I grew up in a time when being a "gamer" was cause for ridicule. Shit, admitting to owning a Nintendo in the mid-80's was a good way to get your ass kicked at my school (not at all schools, I understand).

Now that gaming's finally mainstreamed, and the hobby has -finally- gained

I was happy I got to type this:

Umbrellas.
The one thing my mother absolutely refuses to spend money on, for some reason. She has like 5 broken umbrellas from various 1 Euro stores lying around at home and she won't throw them away until they literally break in two. Of course at this point none of those 5 umbrellas protect her from rain or wind; in

One of the only products that warns you not to use them exactly how everyone uses them. It's worth spending an extra dollar on the name brand for those stiff paper sticks.
