This is exactly what I got from that gif. Because he doesn’t seem to be putting any effort into actually “groping”, his hand is just idle. I don’t think he was counting on her turning around, when she turned around the support that would have held his arm/hand by her hip was displaced and thus his arm/hand slid down.…

If it’s the guy who is doing the groping then at the very least he’s WAY better looking than The Donald....but he’s still a damn asshole for pulling that move if it was intentional. It could have been that he was not expecting her to turn around which caused his arm to slide down because the support was removed.
