I wouldn’t be surprised if they have been working on another game at the same time they were working on TLG. BUT if they’ve only been working on TLG for the past 10 years (11?), then they suck as a dev team, badly.

And at least SE released 2 demos of their game to fans, whereas Team Ico has not released ANY demos outside of E3.

Except Square Enix released two (2) VERY playable demos to the masses and Team Ico has released exactly.......0 demos outside of E3.

I love Team Ico games (okay, there’s only been two, SoTC and Ico, but you get the point) but The Last Guardian is one of those games that only its mother could love. The muted colors, the PS3's gray/brown tones are strong with this one.

Fuck it. I just cancelled my pre-order that has been sitting in my Amazon “Open Order” list since September 8, 2011. I pre-ordered the game along with Skyward Sword (photo proof below before cancelling it).

From henceforth we shall refer to each TLG delay as “The Last Delay,” referencing both The Last Guardian title and Final Fantasy, because just like the Final Fantasy games, they are as “final” as the TLG’s delays are the “last one.”

There’s no money to be made. It would interfere with DLCs, when a company sells DLC, Sony takes a percentage. I don’t think user mods would cost so Sony would have no way of profiting from it. Maybe that’s the reason why.

Nope. The resolution is not true 4K, it’s like the Xbox One running games at “1080p” when they’re actually running at a resolution of 960p or something like that and upscaled the signal to 1080p, so it ends up being fake 1080p video stream.

Wait until the games you want come out, by then the console may see a price reduction, especially since the far more powerful Xbox Scorpio will be out by then and Sony will have to reduce the cost of the PS4 Pro to remain competitive.
