Boise here, we’ve had the same storms

Sleep with her and steal her clothes, yeah, I guess that is a pretty Abarthish thing to do.

Mmm, I would quite like to have her clothes...On my bedroom floor...Then I would steal them to my closet

Good lord, how desperate can you get?! I AM the wife and even I don’t talk to myself when trapped in a storm.

My favorite is polar vortex panics as if it’s some arctic tornado. I’s just an air mass that is literallt ALWAYS there, just not always so far south.

It really does amaze me how close knit groups of car people can be. I was at an event last fall where there was a very bad wreck and all of us just clustered on top of the hill, watching over the scene with very pale faces, sniffles, and sneaky tears. It wasn’t morbid or wanting to watch to show, it felt more like a

First big winter storm? Torch hunny, your east coast is showing. There are some Jalops who live in other parts of the country who have been punched in the face with snow already this year.

I love silly drive through antics! I like to take my C3 Vette through, never fails to brighten the day of whatever poor schmuck is stuck hanging out the window. Like doing it in my Abarth too, but the fun there is the ridiculous exhaust note bouncing off the brick wall. Tends to generate a lot of questions still, but

My mom shouted at me for it, still a bit scarred.

I see you’ve been talking to my mom...

I dunno, I think I like that slit in her skirt better...

Once upon a time, I was in an activity called “winterguard.” Y’know the flag and weapons people in marching bands? Yeah, we ditch the band in the winter and perform on basketball-court sized tarps to recorded music in the winter. Anyway, world championships are usually in Dayton Ohio, roughly 18 hours from home. So

Huh, never thought about it, but yeah!

Here they have a sign right on the highway. Thing is, it’s for a big multi-brand lot so it has sort of a stacked sign. GMC gets a spot, Chevy, Jeep, Dodge (it’s an odd assortment) then sharing a spot is Fiat and Alfa. While I think it’s smart to pair the two and let them share a building, the signage could stand to be

Oh my god, somebody who used to live in my neighborhood had their decal on the back of their Grand Caravan. I giggled every time I saw it when I was walking my dog.

I’m from a few states away, so when my now-husband first told me the name of the family business, I just about died laughing. I think people here are more just used to the name or call us Fairly’s. When we were living in Denver, we bought a car and it came down with the plastic logo cards on the license plate spots.

There actually is a real lot a few miles away called Grand Theft Auto, haha

Ha, I’d forgotten about that thing! Pretty sure it sold eventually, haven’t seen it in a fair while. We usually have a pretty broad spectrum of options, but Corvettes are kinda what the lot is known for. To the left of this pic is usually a herd of C5-7 vettes and occasionally a C2 or 3.

Yep, had to go with the Corvette pic for that reason, haha. Naturally that’s also where my own Vette came from

Alas I know it’s pronounced a little different in Portuguese, but I’ve definitely used their name a time or two working on my 500
