They may make you look wealthy, but 8/10 of these could bankrupt you.

Mostly good information, although some incorrect. I otherwise completely agree.

YOU WON’T BELIEVE THIS ONE WEIRD TRICK GOOGLE USED TO MAGICALLY MAKE THE INTERNET GO CRAZY ABOUT THEIR NEW PRODUCT!

If both of those trolleys are going so fast they cannot stop before damage is done then they are both going to flip over if they try to change tracks, thus killing everyone.

Aang has been my kinja avatar since I first found kinja. Fell In love with the show as a very angsty 18 year old who wouldn’t watch cartoons because they were for kids. Own all the seasons on DVD and watch them at least every year or two. My daughter first watched at 4-5 years old (she’s 6 now) and loves it too.

This stuff is definitely super cool (haha!) and all, but welcome to Germany 15 years ago.

I doubt the windage will increase greatly, perhaps in similar proportion to the added friction from doubling the bearing surfaces. It looks like there may be “bulkheads” (for lack of a better term) between the new set of rods. There will certainly be a standard windage tray sitting above the sump as well. I would be

Stadium seating and no alpine windows? Design fail. BTW land rover is better than jeep 😊

Having been in them, NP. Assuming you understand what maintenance and repairs cost. Major service $10k. Alternator $15k. Two separate brake hydraulic systems. Etc.

Oh I meant up fitting a non-AMG to AMG spec, at used car prices. I think what we have here is a failure to communicate. I had just woke up and didn’t get much sleep last night, so making sense want my top priority 😊

Couldn’t punched the VIN in my fancy pants Benz computer program thingy at work by frankly didn’t feel the need or care enough.

Yeah but the cars that got that motor were heavier. The only other way to get this much power in a C was to get the C63 in 08.

It’s not standard, it’s definitely an AMG, and the brabus kit looks real to me. Notice the seats, V8 engine, and red painted valve covers. Sure, they could be modified but it would be cheaper to just buy the real thing.

I would avoid the first couple years of 211 though. Facelifted 203's are usually fine.

Meh. N/A 55's are actually pretty cheap to maintain. And it’s a C, so there isn’t that much to fail to begin with.

Dude it’s a C-class. It’s fine. They’re not complicated or particularly expensive to fix. C55's are also quite reliable.

Oh wait, you meant evaporator. I was thinking evaporative emissions system. Anyways, don’t remember ever seeing an evaporator fail on a facelifted 203. That was a 90's Benz problem.

NP. C55's are actually very solid cars. Biggest fears should be the need to replace a few ball joints and bushings. Engine and trans are great, it’s facelifted so it doesn’t suffer from the same shitty quality issues as earlier models that have 203's such bad reputations. Electronics are simple and all known entities.

You have the second worst 203 ever made. By far. Worst being M271 powered C230 kompressor. Yours is pre facelift. C55 is post facelift. They hardly qualify as the same chassis they are so different.

“The evap”? Please elaborate. I don’t know of any evap component that pays that much, or anywhere near it.
