It is. Thanks to the GMG union, the buyouts are very generous, and a lot of people are expected to take them.

“That was a great episode and all, but shit like Lee’s going-out-in-a-blaze-of-glory scene was a straight cheese fest.”
But that’s completely true to his character. As he said, “it’s my fucking speech.”
“I am convinced Straithairn’s character is genuine- an OPA terrorist who believes in his cause so deeply that he sees the opportunity to leave the terror behind in favor of legitimacy, his goals on the brink of being achieved. Older and wiser than the punks who just want action and to poke back at the forces they see…
If we were supposed to see Holden’s vision sequence and think, “it’s creating a stargate in the Sun,” then I would agree that the show did not do a great job of conveying it.
It reminds me a lot of Game of Thrones. It’s the same appeal — a mysterious, superhuman force against a backdrop of realistic political maneuvering.
This USA Today essay really nails how the finale made the show impossible to re-watch:
Sorry Noble Renard, but I’m going to have to strongly disagree with your proposal to make David Ayer the new showrunner of Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
Clover is our only Hope.
Jake & Amy are such relationship goals, which I guess makes me a Boyle.
It peaked in season 3, but season 5 has seen improvement (including a few stand-out episodes) compared to season 4. What’s great about the Sterling K. Brown episode is that it takes a nearly-identical premise from a season 1 episode and just executes it flawlessly.
HIMYM’s quality obviously declined over time, and the last season was kind of a gimmick (not unlike the last season of P&R), but the biggest problem was that finale. That’s what turned most fans off of the show, to such an extent that very few people remember any part of it fondly.
I don’t think Brooklyn Nine-Nine should last 5 more seasons, because the quality has been trending downward (though I think S5 has been better than S4), but I still think it was canceled too early.

When DirecTV Now first came out, I pre-paid for 3 months to get a free Apple TV 4th gen (the 4K wasn’t out yet), and I loved the Apple TV but got really frustrated with the streaming quality of DirecTV Now. Constant buffering, dropped streams, etc.

If you read Michael Wolff’s book (and the Bill Maher interview), it’s pretty clear that he’s talking about Hope Hicks, not Nikki Haley, so this fits.
The revelation that Grace didn’t come to Babe, Babe came to Grace raises questions about the website’s eagerness to tell this kind of story and why.
The easiest way to do it is through your hardware wallet’s own service. So, for example, if you use Trezor (one of the more popular options) to store your Bitcoin you’ll want to use the company’s website to transfer it back out. You can follow the instructions here, which involves downloading a browser plug-in. You’ll…
I love my OneBlade, which I bought a few months ago after seeing Shane’s recommendation. At $17, I might buy some of these as holiday gifts for my friends.
