The Lexus is underpowered ONLY in comparison to those *overpowered* cars. Everything is relative.

Underpowered!? This car will go from zero to impounded before you can name another naturally aspirated v8 powered four door with as much horsepower. At anything less than 100mph you are going to need more computing power than the apollo space program to manage the traction control software necessary to put that much

Other than the exhaust and face I think it's fine. BMW, MB, etc load their cars up with crazy horsepower because they would be boring as hell without them. This will probably be a more harmonious package that will be nicer to drive in ways that spec sheets cannot quantify.
