This “accident” and that “firing” are suspiciously timed. What’s really going on? We need to get to the bottom of this conspiracy.

Yes the OC Register report indicates that the USOC is in the process of pursuing a decertification, and that the bankruptcy could actually delay it. So this seems like it might be an attempt to fight it. A decision to dissolve under Chapter 7 would be a surrender, decertification would be irrelevant at that point.
