I’m assuming this is a joke, but if not, BB is a Sony TV product. Not sure if they’d be friendly with a WB IP product. And vice versa.

Bridget was never that important narratively to Guilty Gear’s (albeit nonsensical) story. So I think her having a moment of realization in her arcade mode is a perfect way to move the character forward. Honestly I think this is a fantastic transition (no pun intended) for the character as it does feel like a natural…
How do you review a visual novel without knowing its a visual novel. Also Digimon’s premise differs from Pokemon in a lot more ways than just the creatures can talk. This just reads like the reviewer has no idea what they are even reviewing.
It took all but 2 paragraphs for me to know I would be dismissing the entire article.
People who play visual novels and complain that they are, in fact, visual novels are so incredibly frustrating. Please go do that to literally any other genre and leave visual novels alone. It’s ok to just acknowledge that a genre isn’t for you and move along.
Personally, I think I’d phrase it more like, “Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent Demonstrates That It’s Possible for Mobile JRPGs to Not Be Absolute Dogshit.”
I lived in Japan for 3 years, and my wife had a baby in Tokyo, so I’m reasonably familiar with the health insurance there.
this really isn’t an industry, it’s a meat grinder they really need disruption in that market just ridiculous to exploit dreams and passion like that
This followup question is so American it hurts me.
If they live in Japan, they have universal healthcare. Questions like “do you pay for your healthcare or does your employer” only really make sense in the US.
Ah I see the UK has men of garbage culture as well. That’s heartening to see, “keep yurrr politics outta muh games!”
They said this from the beginning. They never said it would coexist in any way. They said that OW1 players would get all content from OW2 and share the same player pool. The only distinction is that OW2 is officially F2P, but that’s effectively a no-op because they have always maintained that OW2 MP would be free for…
OK.
I guess I was not paying attention, because I thought this was always going to be the case.
It does suck for people who like the game as-is and thought they would be able to continue playing the original.
Yeah, I mean.. way back when OW2 was announced, they said it would relplace Overwatch, with all OW2 content being universal.
“I don’t like this thing that other people do but I do it myself because it feels good.” Forget republican economics, that’s a perfect description of repressed self loathing.
On a side note, is The Last of Us really seminal ? Other than a remaster a sequel and now a remake, are there a lot of games inspired by The Last of Us out there ? Days Gone maybe ? But isn’t it structured in a more open world way ?
Ranma IS trans, in that when he is in his girl-form he is a trans man, biologically female but still identifying as a man. I’m constantly surprised this part is lost on people - that whole aspect of his character taught me gender identity when I was reading Ranma as a young lad.
Everyone, clearly this person has a point to make so lets talk it out and use some logic. On one hand we have a link to a piece of secondary merchandise that may or may not be official sanctioned by the creator that says Yamato identifies as a woman. On the other side we have actual manga pages from the creator that…
Sally didn’t need to channel her past experience to fly into a murderous rage—contemporaneous events (i.e., getting mercilessly strangled by a stranger) and a will to live were sufficient reasons for her violence. Labeling her actions homicide is just lazy in my opinion.
