Nah fuck all that. Dude just quit in September and was there for 25 yrs. And if he’s in the discord spewing that bullshit he probably was doing the same shit at work. So bringing this to light is valid reporting.

They decided to turn it into a global full immersion play. We’ve been in it for nearly 2 years now.

Notoriously poor work ethic? He’s written a number of novels and has been a successful screenwriter. He still is a regular contributor to Wild Cards.

It specifically says that he was hired to write the backstory and lore, which would have little to do with the look, style, or sound.  Who the bosses are, what their background is, how the relate to each other and how the main character fits in would all be where Martin comes into play.  He wrote the story, From

The PS3 version hasn’t been supported since 2017, any expansion from Stormblood onwards required a PS4.  At it’s core FFXIV is an MMO, the only way FFXIV would possibly run on the Switch is if Square pulled something like WoW Classic and released a version that didn’t contain the latest 3 expansions.

Love love love love love to see it.

Thanks for continuously reporting these stories (and the memos). The more it’s out there, the more they can’t run from it. Keep this issue visible.

probably because you’ve bought into the neolib propaganda that Socialism == poor

It is weird but ultimately leftists co opting right wing memes takes away their racist power. There is also a lot of sarcasm on leftist twitch, the difference between saying something horribly offensive and not is just an emote. I think the creator was pissed that it was becoming a dog whistle for racists.

Why is buying an expensive home using excess capitol accrued from ones own labor “less defensible”?

It turns out if you force most of two generations to live hand-to-mouth for decades and constantly put them in fear of losing the things that let them stay alive, systems that *don’t* do that become pretty appealing.

Why not both? Idk what he does with his money once its in his checking account; maybe he already makes donations, maybe he’s planning to, or maybe he’s a miser and I’m way off base. But if he’s going to sell merch anyway, why not enlist union shops in the US to make it and give some of the proceeds to pro-labor

Saying “just leave then” isn’t nuance, dude.

Yeah, if you’re going from “we’re a qualifed workforce that wants to be treated with dignity” to “we don’t have the necessary skill for this work, but we’re entitled to it anyway,” then you’re clearly a troll who isn’t arguing in anything like good faith.

Of course it is. Corporations are incredibly powerful, and they will use whatever power they have as leverage in their “negotiations” with labor. Why should labor not use every option they have (including public airing of grievances in an attempt to drive down stock price and motivate shareholders) to their advantage

Why can’t the employees find another job?

Just wait until you figure out that Money is also all made up.

Sure it is, unless you subscribe to the philosophy that perception is reality. The stock market is based entirely around perception. If it were regulated well, there would be safeguards to ensure that the perception was in some way tied to realities about the entities involved.

I think the game most responsible for the hit to WoW’s numbers is WoW itself.

The more you learn about the stock market, the more it’s clear that that shit is entirely fiction
