No. Asmongold’s followers are among the most toxic WoW players these days. They’ve kept up the Cataclysm spirit of total shittiness. They’re certainly true scum, and you won’t easily find worse people out there. Certainly the “average” WoW community member isn’t that bad.

Yes they desperately need it! And not just for sexual harassment issues, but they seem to be in a unique position of being chronically undercompensated, undervalued by the industry, overworked, and easily replaceable. If there is any industry that needs to unionize it is software makers.

As a sociological and psychological note: People this wealthy and destructive with power never have empathetic qualities; they are sociopaths or psychopaths and are not worthy of trust for any humanitarian values.
