Note: This is not the new animated short they announced. That’s premiering at Gamescom on Wednesday.
The good news is that if you make a deck that hard counters jade druid, like quest mage, you’ll do pretty well.
Gonna sidestep all the furry talk for a moment and say that I actually dig the aesthetic. It looks like a puppet or stop-motion figure.
His cooldowns are long in the sense that he relies almost entirely on using his abilities for everything. Every single second of cooldown is that much more impactful for him.
It was the combination of his 600 health, self-healing, and the ability to get guaranteed hook kills that was the problem with Roadhog.
All I do is complete all my quests (login and play at least once every three days) and swap out the ones that award less gold. I started saving shortly after the release of Un’goro. I also disenchant old Wild Cards that aren’t worth keeping, and legendaries that stuck.
Individual cards should be assigned a certain “score” reflecting their overall power level. When you queue up to play a matchmade game, the game would add together the scores of all the cards in your deck, and then ensures you only get matched against other decks with similar total scores.
Huh, weird. I didn’t spend any real money and I had enough gold saved to open 66 packs. I got every common and rare, most of the epics, and five legendaries, plus the free legendary from the adventure prologue.
You realize this is an arcade mode, right?
Activision Publishing and Blizzard Entertainment are two seperate companies, and operate as such. “Activision Blizzard” is the name of the holding company that they’re both subsidiaries of (as well as King). Back when they were owned by Vivendi, the holding company was named Vivendi Games.
It’s still basically like Valve deciding to change the name of Steam to “Valve App.”
They never even stopped calling it Battle.net in their own press releases.
I’m looking forward to being able to jump into a game mode where everything doesn’t rely so heavily on teamplay. As fun as Overwatch is, there are times when it gets really frustrating and I’d rather not have to deal with random people running around like idiots.
We should watch how Blizzard balances a team based shooter to a free for all battleground. It’ll really mess with their design ethic.
Kill credit it something that can be adjusted — maybe you can accumulate a percentage of kills you contributed to, but that can in turn be stolen when you get killed. IE, the more dangerous you are, the more credit you’re worth.
And what of the passengers and the other people that get injured? Is the who almost got crushed by the falling car also deserving of being removed from the gene pool?
Maybe that’s because he looks super fucking lame.
This is how emoticons start to replace actual written language. Can’t wait until 2023 when Kotaku headlines are entirely pictographical.
