Thank you, it was so infuriating to watch them do that.

I guess that could be true but even the electro-shock they use nowadays is nowhere near as crude as what they were using on Earth 2. That was some 60s era electro-shock.

Wait I thought it was the same version, I thought that was the point. He had decided them the whole time and that's why Caitlyn got through to him. Although with how weird, convoluted and confusing this whole thing is I could be wrong.

Yes to all of this. I couldn't believe the fact that he was this famous serial killer and no one on Earth 2 recognized him as Jay Garrick including Wells. It's so contrived and ridiculous. They tried to make it so twisty that it ended up not really making sense. Also super frustrated with all the stupid decisions

No I think this is supposed to be the same one. The one he killed was some past version from their weird time travel stuff that never makes sense.

The problem I have with Barry actually giving up his speed is that it's clearly a terrible plan because this guy is a serial killer and was terrorizing earth 2 even before the dimensional portals. I know they want to save Wally, but now there's nothing stopping him from killing all of them and a bunch of other people.

Yes I love the dream ghost song, it continues to be amazing when re-listening to it.

Xenophobic what? First off this is a message board not a country and secondly I wasn't saying hey you can't comment here if I disagree with you. What I was saying was that it seems like a rather weird thing to watch a show you hate and don't seem to enjoy even ironically and then in addition come here just to say how

Yep, I think part of the point was that him trying to avoid getting dumped for Josh by acting like a jerk, is what made it actually happen. That if he hadn't been so insecure and been honest, he actually would still be with her.

Also they established his dad being an alcoholic too, making it even more believable that he acts in that way.

I think that's what we'd like to see, but this ending feels a lot more true to character. Like Paula said, she's fooling herself if she thinks she's over Josh.

I feel like they made this clear with her dream ghost yelling at her to stop making it about the guys. Maybe she ends up with someone, but endgame is her making healthy choices and being actually happy, not because of any one person.

I didn't take that as them being endgame so much as making it clear Rebecca hasn't really changed and is still willing to pin her happiness to a guy and how they make her feel. That she doesn't all the sudden always make healthy choices, and since she thinks they're together now, she thinks its romantic to tell him

White Josh and Darryl continue to make me endlessly happy. Their relationship is so adorable and I love everything about it. Also on top of that, Darryl going to get Paula pretty much cemented that he's the greatest. This episode was so good, things ending in disaster but so accurate to the ways these characters would

How can you say he was over it so quickly in the books. There were multiple scenes in book 2 where he discusses it with Claire not to mention some drastic action he takes later in book 2 that pretty clearly demonstrates he is not over that trauma. If I remember correctly even in book 4 he discusses how difficult the

I agree that this was a great episode, and I am a book reader. I don't understand those who are so angry about this interpretation, I think they do a great job, but this also needs to be seen as its own work. No tv or movie adaptation is perfectly faithful to the books and it's ridiculous to expect that. Plus I feel

I agree that the actor playing Prince Charlie was great, he instantly felt like the character in the book. He was arrogant, vain, you didn't like him instantly, he wasn't in this for love of country but because he wanted the status and power back and has no real concept of what a war would mean and doesn't really care

Are you really watching this show for the historical accuracies, this show generally does a very good job and being nitpick seems unlikely to increase your enjoyment of it. Just watch it for what it is, a piece of fiction. Also there is still a focus on the couple, there are a few scenes deliberately about that, but

Why do you keep talking about all the adolescent boys watching this show. That is in no way the major audience for this show, its a period drama which generally turns that group off from something. Also Gabaldon has always expressed that she enjoys the way they've interpreted her work, she even went to all those press

I had the same thought and was confused because i thought he was for sure dead but then it became clear. Still great though and also love that as soon as they finished eating Rob Thomas brains they were compelled to sing.
