This is one of the reasons why Karen drives me crazy. Whenever she starts lecturing others about being secretive, I so desperately want to say to her:

I found it weird that no one else in the room could be bothered to walk over and say, “Sorry, but Matt’s not coming back,” or some such...rather than just let them stand their in awkwardness staring at a doorway.

I would far prefer they make a Daughters of the Dragon series first before Iron Fist season 2.

I too was disappointed by the lack of Claire and Matt. Like, they didn’t really leave things off in a great place - and back in first season they had wonderful chemistry and an interesting dynamic. I guess they felt there probably wasn’t time for it.

I actually had a bit of an opposite response to the end post-Matt “dying.” Since we already know he’s going to come back (even if they hadn’t announced DD Season 3, there’s just no way Daredevil is really going to die here) then I felt like all of that became a little too drawn out. (A bit like the ending to Batman

Jessica’s scorn for Danny and his powers was endlessly entertaining.

There’s a TV Reviews link at the far right of the list (at the top where individual sections to the sight are linked). Also, there are links near the top of each review that will take you to show review pages.

I was kind of worried they would have Karen and Trish bond over being journalists - I was all ready to yell at the tv “but Karen’s not really a journalist!”

I loved the diversity of the show - both in the ratio of women to men (oftentimes the women in the opening credits outnumbered the men, which rarely happens in this genre) but also that we had so many people of color.

I know it wasn’t perfect, but overall I really enjoyed the show. I know there was a lot of fan concern regarding the villains - which is valid. I think for me personally it wasn’t much of a problem because I got what I primarily wanted from the series - which were the team dynamics. Not unlike The Avengers: I don’t

And accepting him as well (and not just viewing Daredevil as an addiction). I would love to see that folded into the Born Again story.

Not that I know of. I sure hope that changes or the spoilery discussions could get awkward fast.

I blame the Hand.

Awesome.

I could honestly see them go either way with the Karen-and-heroin story. They have been setting her up as having some dark back story that’s been alluded to more than once, so that could certainly be the explanation.

Woohoo! Great to see you, Ninja Skillz. We could use your Ninja wisdom right about now.

Fwiw, Iron First is worth watching just for Colleen.

Yay! So great to see you made it!

Yeah, I think part of the problem is that it started to manifest like an addiction in second season. But I think both of them (Foggy especially) have a hard time accepting that, no, this is who he is.

Agreed! I love how pro-active she is. And her “you’re welcome” response to Luke was perfect.
