I don’t think he fled the jurisdiction. He was awarded custody by a judge. She’s already tried to refuse to return the children once.

I’ve followed this story for a while now and this horrible woman shouldn’t have sole custody for a whole litany of reasons, but basically the ‘temporary custody’ is because the kids are with her for their 90 day visit during the summer. I don’t know how she managed to get a judge on her side, when she’s had 3+ years…
