The Ben Collins/Stig catching air with factory-owned supercars on Laguna Seca would be the greatest thing to happen in both the history of cars and flight.

I could go for a fresh start but I don’t think any regular track would give them the access they’d need to film the show. Also, think of how many safety walls would need to be rebuilt because of Richard Hammond.

I think the lap times are a critical part of the show’s success and why some automakers are so happy, or rightfully scared, to hand them the keys.
