The NBA should experiment with a fourth referee on the floor. This whole, “the referees are trying their best to officiate a fast-paced game” excuse is wearing thin. When people watch sports they expect to see a fair contest. The NBA acknowledging blown calls is a good start but it’s nowhere near a solution.

I agree with you that it’s not Whitlock. I went through all of his picture tweets and it looks like it’s a white guy from Indiana who could’ve been following Whitlock since he played college football. It is odd to make a playfully affectionate twitter parody but it’s not out of the question.
