It sucks that she left the Wonder Woman movie over “creative differences.” She is clearly an exceptional talent capable of directing large action sequences as well as smaller character moments. I hope she gets another opportunity to show what she can do on the big screen.
I have 3 younger brothers, and the oldest one has never been much of a hugger. He would participate in the greeting (hugs for everyone) and leave-taking (hugs for everyone and waving from the porch) rituals, but you knew he didn’t really like it. It was like hugging a board. The title alone makes me want to drown myself in bleach.
Aidala has a rule in his household: “If it’s not worn in the monastery, it’s not worn out on the street.”
Well that’s the grossest thing I’ve seen today.
Going without hugs seems like such a small thing at first, but it slowly weighs on you. I know. e-Hugs.
