The end of ME3 betrayed the franchise, also me3 was not a great game at all, it was a contrived mess compared to the other 2. Seems to me you just have no idea of what quality is.

this footage is from like 5 years ago btw. Though the system is far superior to standard cannon rounds on ships, its size it prohibitive and seeing as development is in the decade range, the scaling to viability may take just as long.
