I think you're getting increasingly unclear as to what you want, and you fail to realise (willfully so!) that some of what you want to happen have rather severe legal & practical barriers to them. I really suggest you look up those terms I told you about earlier, and apply them to the proposal you suggested.
You're somewhat unclear, but to your first paragraph, you do realise that one of the ways EEDAR supports itself is by offering the full reports and the raw data to the industry right? To your second paragraph, please re-read my response. Also look up the term "collusion" and "market abuse".
