I think we can all safely say that Vick is a terrible human being. But going from there to saying that he should no longer be able to earn a living by doing the only thing he's (legally) adept at doing is a bridge too far. If convicted criminals are going to be pariahs, what incentive is there not to re-offend?

He served his sentence, & went back to doing the only thing he was (legally!) adept at doing. By no means is he a figure to be emulated, but if committing a crime means that you eternally become a pariah, what incentive is there for people not to re-offend?
