its a bigger height discrepancy than going from the SE (5.45" x 2.65" x 0.29") to the mini (in the other direction) and I find it noticeable. the width is narrow enough to kind of comfortably reach across one-handed, but it’s still too tall to comfortably reach from top to bottom. 

I am in love with the mini, personally. the only thing that could make me happier would be a return to the iphone 5 size.
