He points to a sign with the ad buddy logo with a cross through it. You see them in the windows or on counters in a few stores. I think there was one in the dox stop as well.

I did, and I really liked it! I’d definitely watch it again
Definitely avoid spoilers if you can. I’m admittedly terrible at figuring out twists ahead of time, so take this with a grain of salt, but I was genuinely surprised by a couple of twists, and I think it would have been still good, but less fun, if I’d known going in.
I think it’s a bit of the symptom that makes people think music was better in the past. You remember the good stuff, the good stuff still gets referenced and played because it’s good, and the 99% unmemorable or bad stuff is left in the past.
Yeah, I know exactly what you’re talking about. I was super impressed with the scene I’m pretty sure you were super impressed with
I really liked it, and it’s 100% down to Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively. I was super impressed by some of the scenes with Blake Lively that I can’t talk about because of spoilers.
My dad is an alcoholic, and even after the divorce, my mom did so so so much more for him than she ever needed to have done, even if they were still married. I know for her, it was about masking it from me as much as possible. She wanted me to have a good relationship with him, so she bought the house he lived in…
I genuinely don’t understand how a full half of the population can’t seem to hold it until they get to an actual toilet, while the other half seems to manage just fine.
I am somehow the opposite of your daughter. I HAAAATED liquid medication as a kid. I would lie in bed choking on my own breath as quietly as possible because if my mom heard me cough, she’d make me take cough syrup.
I used to love that candy coating until I got really sick almost immediately after taking some. Now the taste is viscerally associated with vomit for me.
Yeah, I was really expecting the third option to be neither, not both. I mean, if both could work, that’s fine, I guess, but I think if you’re in an unhappy marriage, then you should leave regardless. Leaving *for* someone smacks of grass is greener syndrome.
Yeah, if he’d introduced himself to her like they hadn’t met before, that would have been, at worst, a little embarassing. I do that all the time to people I’ve met once before at an industry event or something. It’s the whole calling her out on twitter for, I guess, not being famous enough for him to recognize,…
I think the concern about the second one would be that she doesn’t really have an established enough name to get away with releasing even one crap record, let alone a couple. I mean, prior to Rainbow, everyone who hadn’t really listened to her full albums, and just heard her singles on the radio, thought of her as a…
I know when I learned, it was called “computer” class, because of how much more than just typing that we learned. “Typing” class was probably reserved for when people were using word processors, and before that, typewriters, since there were no other functions to learn.
My local grocery has 4 self checkout lanes that are marked as 12 items or less, and two with no markings. The bagging areas are the same, but the fact that some are labeled indicates to me that the others are fair game.
I’ve lived with roommates who have two dogs for the past five years, and it has made me so. careless. about cooking prep. They’re moving out May 1, and I have a feeling I’m going to be dealing with some crunchy feet until I learn to start keeping a broom to hand.
We got to look at the screen, luckily, but my typing class had these opaque silicone key board covers so that we couldn’t see the letters on the keys, which at least sounds waaaaay more comfortable than cardboard cutouts on your hands. I can’t even picture how that would work.
We had a prom king and queen, but my high school was so large that I had literally never even heard of 4 out of the 5 nominees for king or queen. So if any competitive shenanigans were going on about it, I certainly wasn’t aware of it.
God yeah, I normally don’t watch any Fallon stuff, but I *needed* to see Cardi B and John Mullaney have a conversation. They were delightful together, but it also served to remind me of exactly why I don’t like Fallon at all. I wish everything had been the same, but they were on Seth Meyers show together instead.
Have you read her auto biography? it’s really interesting, especially when she talks about her post SNL career.
