There’s a viewing area along the southern edge of McCarran International where you can park and plane-watch. This is off Sunset Rd. near the off-ramp for the 215 connector road that runs under the runways. It’s easy to measure sound pressure level and the equipment to do so isn’t expensive. What makes it not easy as a practical exercise given that the results must stand up in court is how the sound is measured.

I do not understand this particular niche of motorcycle customization for a daily rider. It is, literally, a totally impractical modification for street riding and ruins a perfectly good sport bike.
