Question about that scene with Anderson. It was something that was shoved in during the bomb countdown, so I didn't understand its timeline, or whether it even happened at all.

I asked downthread how Mary used Janine, but if they gave this low amount of thought to it, that is pretty bad writing. Color me surprised that super-assassin Mary would pick one of the most well guarded areas we've seen to kill a target that frequently goes to other places..
I agree on SPN. Their fan-based episodes never felt mean-spirited to me. The convention had a fun cross-section of fans where the heroes turned out to be the gay men in the Sam and Dean costumes and Becky
C, B+, C
I'm waiting till season 10 when Carrol starts imitating Stephenie Meyer
Also, iirc, the reason that mary didn't kill Magnussen was because Watson would be a suspect, which seems ludicrous to me considering the complete lack of physical evidence.
I probably missed it in dialogue, but how did Mary gain access to the office using Janine?
One thing that keeps bothering me about this show and fiction in general, the overuse of the word "sociopath". BBC Sherlock, for all his faults, is someone who I can't really buy as a high-functioning sociopath. The way they use it comes off as a juvenile attempt to sound cool
They really saved the Gary relationship by giving him his amazing family. Otherwise I would really hate the gang for it, which I sometimes do.
Yes those smug assholes with their logical arguments and levelheadedness. WHAT HAVE WE BECOME!?
I agree with your grade. For shrapnel they just threw in the most generic "militant anarchist" speeches they could find. No real backstory and they could have mixed it with the ascetics of his toy shop more.Arrow's come a long way and I love it, but that was just coasting. Plus I didn't care for the Laurel writing as…
Agreed. She went to very far lengths simply because he felt "off". And that scene in the end was very groan-worthy for me. I'm surprised they allowed a visiting non-relative to spend time alone with a person believed to be criminally insane.
Agree with the disappointment, I was genuinely surprised that Ivo didn't use them as test subjects. As mentioned in last episode's thread and here, what does he care about Oliver for, so what if Oliver "betrayed" him? Hell, he should have even thanked him for leading him to the drugs since the only casualties were…
I think they took a bad turn in the island flashbacks. They made it too much about this artificially flimsy reason for guilt that its overshadowing everything else
I can't understand the hate Cassidy gets. I can't imagine anyone pulling off the material she's been given.
ugh, that depresses me. As good as this show can be, it's hard to have faith in the people who not only write Laurel this way, but seem to think that they're doing an amazing job
I thought she was Gillian Jacobs younger sister when this first came out. Especially after I rewatched that episode of Fringe where Jacobs played a redhead
the music cue was strangely ominous
seriously if they met the mother in season 5, then changed the show to "how i married your mother", i would've loved it. Then we could have at least gotten to know her for a few years.
It was kind of funny because of Hannah's insistence last episode that Adam should hang out with her friends.
