This looks like it would be a great resto-mod project. Not special enough to care about originality, but still looks good and has a solid body. That said, not sure about going almost $10k in on a malaise era GM car. 

Given the prices of other Cadillacs (and Lincolns) both of this era and through the 80s this is absolutely a nice price. I’m not sure I’d choose this year if I was shopping Seville’s as I like the slick top and RR grill look, but this car is going to sell fast.
