We had Cracker Barrel (the bigger meal). It wasn’t as good as homemade, but it was easier and cheaper.

I’ve never lived somewhere (afaik) that didn’t have some sort of regulation of towing for police calls, and probably for highway breakdowns too. Was briefly surprised that Philly allowed this shit, but then stopped being surprised.
There are about a dozen cars in the sale I’d enjoy owning, though I don’t think any of them are in the top dozen on my Powerball/MegaMillions shopping list.
Fourth row on the left. Red. Can’t miss it.
I’d replace my Mk7.5 GTI with another one, the best one I can find. Maybe blue this time, or red.
Seller is a nutjob. ND.
My stepdaughter took the BMW/Tire Rack Street Survival class in her E39 some years ago. During the soapy skidpad exercise the instructor said he was impressed by how well she handled the car.
Golf Alltrack? Here’s a VW certified 2017 SEL with 38K miles for $21K, which is the best deal on Autotrader near you at the moment. AWD, sporty to drive, good mpg, great utility, considered cool among a certain set of strange people.
Avantis are cool and unique and significant and all, but my personal list (if I could make one) wouldn’t have it near the top. What’s your #2?
I don’t see much here that’s an improvement over a stock MGB and the story reeks of bullshit. NFD.
If I were the call center employee, I’d have paid the $150 on my own card, except that, as a call center employee, I probably couldn’t have afforded it.
New headline:
I’m thinking of a specific car, but also the general type.
Obviously dealer experience varies. We looked at CX5's and 50's in August and had a great dealer experience. We bought a CR-V hybrid though. The CX’s were super nice; I didn’t like the nav, but I don’t like the CR-V’s nav either. I wanted to A-B compare the 5 & 50 top-trim turbos, and every dealer within 75 miles had…
Kids in boarding school or sports camp. Often from other countries. That’s the situation I have experience with, as the person working at the school/camp. I vaguely recall one small disappointment with the system, but no harm done.
Absolutely! Hell, I’ve got -1 OEM wheels on my 2018 GTI!
I’ve only driven two 911s, and this was many years ago for one (a ‘77), and even longer for the other (a ‘74 I think). I SO wanted to like them, and I didn’t very much. I still want to like them, though it doesn’t matter, because I’ll probably never have the disposable resources to own one, regardless of generation.
I only read a few comments, so possibly somebody else said this already. VinFast already builds the worst EV available in the US, so it’s appropriate that they should build the cheapest one, too. But will this one be both the cheapest _and_ the worst? Can’t wait to find out!
My parents had a Rambler just like that one when I was born in 1967. It was either a ‘60 or ‘61. Black with red and gray interior. I think the gray was a small plaid, maybe. Front seat folded flat. Flathead straight six and automatic trans, probably a Borg Warner. They sold it in ‘74 or ‘75 with rusted out floors and…
OP should find a better mechanic. Then either keep the 2011 GTI or get a newer one.
