I could not find a model X concept displaying the location of the cameras, but did find one of a proposed Opel:

That photo was made with the intent to show the mountains that the driver left behind...

This one if the carriage is going to be used "off road":

When we should we expect the follow up article on the second "vehicle" that you said you were going to get?

I meant using the center as a "backup" in the event of a purporsely built side/rear-view "display" were to fail at some point... I meant to imply redundancy not a single design choice...

Now on a more serious response.

You know... you might be right...

Rear view mirrors being mandatory even when the car maker can afford to use cameras to better display what is going on on the back of the car with no dead zone.

Hypothesis:

Edited: Removed!.. Duplicated post.

I can post sraigh to "white" @ Jalopink and Black Flag.

Why I am still gray..... nooo!!!!

I was just thinking the same thing... Some sort of detonation before launch should create an area of low pressure right before the projectile impacts the outside air should make it easier for it to beat the initial air resistance and thus increase it's range/speed.

I am still in the gray zone?....

It does not need to be the S-97..
