*watches fight scene*

... holy shit!

Well done show. You got everything right this week - even Mike. Well, maybe not everything right. Amy Smart continues to be underused. But beyond that, everything in this one was great.

It

I’m just going to put all these very sharp and completely unsecured knifes outside on our porch during a night where children are walking around everywhere!

Can we send Mike to Mandyville, please?

Yeah, that wasn’t the point I was making.

As I said, Henry seemed shocked that the photos got out. That’s not the behaviour of someone who is complicit in the deed.

And I don’t think Henry shared the photos with anyone (~~showed~~ them to two people yes,, but not ~~shared~~ - as in transferred the file from one place to

“to which Courtney shoots back, “He never should have shared them.””

Did he though? Sure, he was showing them to a couple of buddies, but I get the distinct feeling that he didn’t distribute the photos or even send them to anyone who could. He looked as shocked as she did when they were spread around, and now looks to

This show is charming. This show is a lot of fun. This show knows how to play emotional beats.

But Mike is this show’s Jar Jar. He’s... not a real kid. He’s a “kid” as envisioned by adults. He doesn’t act naturally in any way.

That said, I did like “I know, you didn’t have video games.” and Pat going “Actually, yeah, we

News at 11.

Was the best sequence not the scene where she’s making her costume?

As soon as she walked into that room full of sewing machines and picked up the scissors I thought “Ok, if this is a super hero suit, then a simple pair of scissors isn’t going to be able to cut it.” And it didn’t. Well done to the writers.

Then she sat

“My sister is trying to kill me. What’s happening in your world Kara?”
“I teamed up with a pair of Martians to defeat three primordial gods from killing 4 billion people.”
“Uhh... wow. Suddenly my problems don’t seem quite so large.”

“Journalism” at its finest. :D

“Not bad Nate. Not bad at all.” *crunch* “Mmm! Not bad Mick. Not bad at all!”

Nick Zano was on fire in this episode.

Special shout out to Kevin Kiner, who once again proves how he needs to be Lucasfilm’s replacement now that John Williams is out of the picture.

I think this episode can be added to the long list of examples of why the Bechdel Test couldn’t matter any less than it already does.

R&M haters are going to have a field day with this episode sadly...

Dear Lucasfilm:

Please start hiring Kevin Kiner for -all- your musical scores.

Sincerely,
Clone Wars/Rebels fans

That was a really clever fight scene. Bravo to the production team on that one.

And Patton did a great job as well.

And it was nice that they brought in Ray Park to mo-cap that fight. :)

This episode had a lot of very interesting/excellent aspects:

1. Kevin. Kevin may be one of my fav characters on this show. I don’t know if I want more of him, or less for fear of overusing the character.

2. Rosa/Amy friendship. Rosa thinks Amy is boring, yet she’s always down to help her with whatever nerdy shit Amy

So... Ahsoka got her lightsabers back, and didn’t use them to kill a single enemy. She kicked and disarmed people, much like the heroes in Rebels, but was reluctant to cause any death directly. I cannot wait until she bonks to Mando’s heads together to knock them out.

Anyone remember the days when Ahsoka decapitated 4

Mandos and flying Clone Troopers were around a lot longer than the sequel trilogy.

“Hell, The Last Jedi was one of the best things to happen to this series in decades...

... and I stopped reading.

A C? This is still D territory for TCW. Maybe even D-. Does AV do D minuses? I mean I love TCW but this season has been utter drek from the word go.

This entire “arc” could have been condensed into 2 episodes. Also:

“Apparently a lot of the assets were already created, so Star Wars: The Clone Wars probably felt
